In conversation with Sia Koppakka

We sat down with Sia Kopakka to discuss a career spent across both agencies and brand, from her early days at some of the world’s largest agencies, on some of the world’s biggest ad accounts, to her time at TikTok.

Sia launched TikTok Shop in the UK, which acted as a template for its subsequent launch in the US. During our chat, we discussed more than just Sia’s career so far - we discussed transitions, how to move from agency to brand and vice-versa, how to accept opportunities as they come along, and how to just take the chances that are given to us.
