2 - Sourcing & Screening
We use multiple sourcing methods that give us access to different talent pools. We use LLMs to increase our knowledge of candidates found, assessing their backgrounds before we meet each of them for a 20 to 30-minute call to discuss the role, their ambitions, and to scrutinise their fit for the role.
3 - Partnership
We are unusual in that we’re intermediaries who represent your brand. This enables us to independently negotiate, to ensure communications are quick and seamless, and to deliver the quickest - and best - possible outcome, to make sure talent doesn’t fall through the gaps.
