That’s why we gave up on job boards many years ago. In fact, as hiring managers at digital agencies, global training companies and SaaS businesses, we built our own networks and processes.
As Example, we’ve refined all of this into a candidate-hunting machine. And yes - we use Large Language Models (LLMs) to supplement what we do.

OSINT RECRUITMENT
Nobody likes sifting through hundreds of irrelevant CVs, searching for the needle in the haystack.
And nobody likes having to say “no” to everyone all the time.
We developed our OSINT techniques to find people beyond the traditional methods. Of course, we use LinkedIn Recruiter Pro as one of our primary methods for finding candidates - but we’ve built an internal LLM to go beyond this search.
For instance, we were asked to find “high potential” candidates for a start-up, who had high followings on X, evidence of thought leadership, and other evidence of high potential such as athletics, music, languages or chess.
You won’t find chess champions through Linkedin Recruiter Pro, but with our LLM assisting us, we’re able to quickly identify high potential candidates that may not be easily identifiable through the traditional methods.
We sometimes surprise candidates when we tell them that we’ve read their article on building complex demand engines, for instance. Or that we know about their athletics experience…
Our OSINT recruitment methodology means that we can build better, more relevant shortlists, more quickly - and we can very quickly identify candidates who align with the values and behaviours you’re looking for with detailed candidate reports from our LLM.
