Solid achievements

When we talk to candidates, much of the conversation is anchored around their achievements - how they got there, what they did, the challenges they encountered, the business outcome.

Longevity

We know that short tenures can hide business issues, redundancies, etc. But multiple short tenures can be a red flag. It’s our job to understand longevity and cast it forward to what might happen with you.

Culture fit

No two businesses are alike - we need to assess you, how your team operates, what your senior leaders want in a person, before we can assess culture fit. You can take tests, but the best method? Open your ears.

Hunger

It seems obvious that we look for hunger in business development. But the question to ask is - why? What drives that hunger, and what can make that hunger dry up? We seek to understand more about the human.

Trajectory

One of the most important considerations in any hire is - are they on the same trajectory as us? It’s not just “have they done this before”, it’s “will they take us to the next step”, which is something extra.

Knowledge

Often, we seek individuals from the same industry, from competitors or from an adjacent industry. But mostly, we’re looking for people who won’t have issues adapting to what they’re selling.
