Naturally, we give priority to our exclusive clients. When you brief us for an exclusive role, we ring-fence your candidates for you, offer 1st interview-level screening and we deliver comprehensive reports on each candidate. You’ll also get to see our entire candidate pipeline for your role, with market intelligence helping you understand the available market, what they want, and why certain candidates are rejecting the offer.
Our standard service is great for clients who already have other recruiters on board and who want to try a different approach that will help unlock new areas of talent in the marketplace.
