1 - The Brief

We’re not just recruiters - we’re consultants with many years’ experience running businesses in other industries. 2 - Planning

Before we go to market, we plan internally to ensure that we’re able to quickly identify the best talent available. That will involve competitor research, doing a deep dive on current team structures & backgrounds, and identifying the behaviours we’re looking for in interviews.

4 - Outbound

With specific requirements, we find that outbound recruitment is far more successful, especially with our marketing skills. We’ll develop carefully crafted outreach in order to book screening interviews with candidates, knowing that we often reach response rates around the 80% mark.

5 - Interviews

Every candidate goes through an interview with Example so that we can assess them on skills and behaviours. With our careful planning phase, we’re able to act as an extension of your recruitment team, rapidly assessing volumes of candidates thanks to our decades of experience in the industry.

6 - Partnership

We are unusual in that we’re intermediaries who represent your brand. This enables us to independently negotiate, to ensure communications are quick and seamless, and to deliver the quickest - and best - possible outcome, to make sure talent doesn’t fall through the gaps.

3 - Talent Mapping

Once we’ve planned the skills required, we can start to map the market. Which roles are highest priority, where do we think we’ll find the right talent, and from which companies do we think we can attract people. With this mapping done, we’re able to define what a recruitment GTM strategy looks like.
