With a simple monthly fee based on a number of annual hires, you’re able to plan ahead & find candidates who are not just “on” the market, but are “in” the market. You’re covered for candidates who don’t pass probation, and the rest of our fee is only payable when your hires pass the two-year mark!

Why subscribe and not contingent?

Contingent hiring can be a risk for you, just as it can for a recruiter. On a subscription model, you effectively embed us into your organisation at a much lower cost, with 12-month guarantees and the ability to plan ahead so that you can capture people before they’re thinking of moving.

What is the longevity bonus?

We wanted to create a model that would reward us for the value we bring, where you would pay for tangible value. On average, our hires stay for 2.8 years, so we developed the longevity bonus to ensure your initial payments are low and that we are paid when we deliver tangible value.

What is the lock-in period?

We ask for a 6-month commitment, which allows us time to get to know your business, build your talent pools and engage with the market, while bringing the right people to your roles. We will also build up intelligence on the market that we can share with you.

What roles can I hire using TaaS?

We are experts at marketing & sales roles, and that’s where we focus. However, if you want to use us to expand into other roles, we’ve hired in tech/development before, and are happy to use your slots to do this.

What happens if candidates leave?

If you’re on a TaaS subscription with Example, your candidates are guaranteed for 12 months - so if for any reason things don’t work out, you’re covered, and we’ll jump right in to provide you with a free replacement.

What do I do if I need more hires?

Simple, it’s just £3,500 per extra hire - or you can upgrade to a higher subscription model that will cover the extra hires. It’s up to you. For exec search, this is only included in our higher model, otherwise it would be contingent.
