Growth Marketer, Series A-funded Infrastructure Startup
Our client is looking for a high-calibre, high-agency person to join their GTM team. You’ll be working directly with the founders to build their presence from the ground up - how they show up in the market, the content they produce, the events they run, and the channels they own. This is an early, high-ownership role - you’ll be hungry to build, comfortable with ambiguity and you’ll care about getting the details right.
Shape how they shows up across content, social, events, and partnerships.
Write and produce content that earns the attention of engineering teams: blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and more.
Own our SEO and performance marketing efforts and build toward compounding returns.
Plan and execute events from intimate dinners to tech conferences.
Identify and build partnerships with communities, tools, and ecosystems our customers live in.
Track what's working, kill what isn't, and document what you learn.
What we’re looking for
2–4 years of marketing experience at a startup or high-growth tech company.
Strong writing — you can be clear, specific, and earn attention without being loud.
Comfort owning things end to end with limited guidance.
Enough technical curiosity to understand what we're building and who we're building it for.
High standards and a bias toward action.
Bonus Experience: marketing developer tools, infrastructure, or adjacent products.
Hands-on experience with SEO, paid channels, or event production.
You use Claude Code or other coding agents to improve your efficiency.
