Growth/Performance Marketer, Fitness App
Our client is the world’s leading personalised strength training app with millions of users already and a 5-star rating. With machine learning, they have 400+ million data points to create custom workouts that adapt to each user’s goals and abilities. They’re looking to build their User Acquisition team with a growth marketer - you’ll be hands-on, owning international expansion from 0 to 100 across multiple markets, across Meta, TikTok, Google and Apple Search Ads.
You will own and manage paid user acquisition campaigns across all channels (Meta, Google, TikTok)
You will focus on international expansion initially
You will be actively using AI tools to build creative assets, automate reporting & accelerate experimentation
You will be analysing performance, monitoring key metrics and using data to make strategic decisions
You will be experimenting aggressively, using A/B tests to optimise campaigns and funnels
What we’re looking for
Prior experience marketing web apps
Hands-on campaign management experience
Demonstrable use of AI tools to improve performance
Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads
Experience with SQL, Tableau, PowerBI or similar
Experience of managing large budget campaigns
Experience managing at least 2 channels end-to-end
International campaign experience e.g. Latam, Spain, Germany, France
