Growth/Performance Marketer, Fitness App

Our client is the world’s leading personalised strength training app with millions of users already and a 5-star rating. With machine learning, they have 400+ million data points to create custom workouts that adapt to each user’s goals and abilities. They’re looking to build their User Acquisition team with a growth marketer - you’ll be hands-on, owning international expansion from 0 to 100 across multiple markets, across Meta, TikTok, Google and Apple Search Ads.

  • You will own and manage paid user acquisition campaigns across all channels (Meta, Google, TikTok)

  • You will focus on international expansion initially

  • You will be actively using AI tools to build creative assets, automate reporting & accelerate experimentation

  • You will be analysing performance, monitoring key metrics and using data to make strategic decisions

  • You will be experimenting aggressively, using A/B tests to optimise campaigns and funnels

What we’re looking for

  • Prior experience marketing web apps

  • Hands-on campaign management experience

  • Demonstrable use of AI tools to improve performance

  • Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads

  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, PowerBI or similar

  • Experience of managing large budget campaigns

  • Experience managing at least 2 channels end-to-end

  • International campaign experience e.g. Latam, Spain, Germany, France

  • $100k to $150k + potential equity + bonus
