Product Marketing Manager, FinTech (New Jersey)

Our client is on a mission to transform how money moves. They believe that satablecoins will underpin a whole new financial fabric - so they’re building their own, as well as a whole new stack - a platform that allows issuing, managing and integrating stablecoins more seamless.

They’re now looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager who can act as the critical bridge between product and the people who rely on it. Your mission will be to:

  • Tell the story - develop & refine the value proposition, translating complex product features into clear, compelling narratives

  • Design & execute end-to-end GTM campaigns for new producs and features

  • Manage launches from initial planning to post-launch analysis and adoption

  • Own the customer communication journey post-acquisition

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to key customers

  • Be the voice of the customer and the market, using qualitative data (interviews) and quantitative data (product analytics) to identify users

As the lynchpin between Produt, Engineering, Sales & success, you will ensure the whole organisation is aligned on product narratives & customer needs.

What they’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ product marketing experience

  • Proven experience in driving key metrics (adoption, activation, retention)

  • Comfort with data-heavy discussions

  • The ability to find the why in the data & tell a story internally with sharp, actionable recommendations

  • Writing with clarity and precision

The nuts and bolts:

  • This is a hybrid role, based in Jersey City

  • A salary of $150k to $165k is available to the right person
