Product Marketing Manager (FinTech)

Our client is a leading FinTech scale-up, and they’re looking to hire their first Product Marketer. This is a key role for the marketing team, which is already 7-strong, and you’ll be working very closely with the CMO to deliver growth.

The role will entail the following:

  • Creating and delivering the marketing strategy for the company’s products (specifically one side of the business)

  • Developing launch strategies for new features

  • Coordinating with product, sales & operations teams

  • Understanding customers (needs, alternatives, interactions) - and bringing that understanding into the business

  • Developing compelling messaging, value propositions and positioning, aligning with customer insight

  • Building feedback loops to refine and enhance the customer proposition and product

The ideal person will:

  • Have experience in consumer product marketing in a scale-up environment

  • Someone who is obsessed with data analysis

  • Someone who is comfortable across day-to-day execution and strategic thinking

  • Someone who finds a way to get things done

Salary: £65k to £85k

Location: London (hybrid - 2 days / week)
