Founding Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise AI Agent (NYC/Warsaw/Remote US)

Our client builds an AI coworker/agent that lives inside Slack and Teams, doing real work for enterprise teams — recently at a critical growth inflection point following a large Series A and rapid ARR growth. This is a founding Product Marketing seat, reporting directly to the founders, owning positioning across multiple buyer personas and running every product and vertical launch end-to-end.

You will get the chance to:

  • Own positioning across multiple ICPs — media buyers, CSMs, AEs, ecom operators, agency owners

  • Run every product/vertical launch end-to-end — narrative, Product Hunt, landing pages, paid/organic, lifecycle, PR, sales enablement

  • Arm a growing enterprise sales team with battlecards and competitive positioning

  • Report directly to the founders during a critical growth inflection point

Here’s what they’re looking for:

  • Someone with 4-8 years of experience in product marketing

  • Someone who has owned 2+ product launches as a PMM at a high-growth startup (Series A-C)

  • Someone who produces landing pages, paid, lifecycle, and social assets hands-on

  • Someone AI-native, who uses agents for research, synthesis, and workflows

  • Someone who can act as a technical translator, explaining AI to non-technical buyers

  • Someone based in or willing to relocate to NYC or Warsaw

New York, NY / Warsaw, Poland / Remote US. A salary of $190,000 to $250,000 is on offer.
