Talent & Influencer Manager

The agency is a fast-growing, high-reputation boutique PR & Talent agency which has plans to deepen its relationships with big name entertainment brands.
Here's some of what you will be doing:
- Act as the team lead on implementing, developing, and delivering all things that touch influencer, celebrity and talent campaigns across all social platforms - across the brand and entertainment division
- Develop a close working relationship with clients and add value with expert knowledge
- Create and implement the processes needed to successfully build, manager and run a multi-tiered influencer and talent campaign - non-paid and paid taking them to the next level - across advocacy and word of mouth (non-paid), events and content partnerships
- Proactively reach out to influencers for placement and coverage, in line with campaign initiatives and social-specific activations, negotiating contracts and following up to ensure deliverables are exceeded
- Respond to, and support on, internal briefs by identifying the appropriate influencers to partner with, in order to achieve the wider company targets i.e. 360 campaigns, brand partnerships
- Attend, manage and coordinate major red-carpet events, parties, and other launches
- Run and direct campaign, from start to finish - proposals, research, briefing, creative development, delivery, reviewing its impact etc.
- Manage contract negotiation with talent agents ensuring clear scope of work and alignment on timeline and deliverables. Partner with the legal team to draft and execute influencer contracts
- Manage end-to-end campaigns and activations that meet or exceed client KPI's -including framing the campaign strategy, prospecting, and curating talent, managing contract negotiations, influencer relations and post campaign reporting
- Own direct, personal relationships (on behalf of the agency) with celebrities, talent, influencers and agencies - managing, engaging, incentivising and growing the agency's influencer network and community
- Identify and develop relationships with up-and-coming digital talent and leveraging across client campaigns and wider agency offering
- Undertake any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time
This is an on-site role based in London, with a salary of up to £38k.
