Campaign Coordinator

Our client is an award-winning B2B communications agency based in London, and they're looking for a Campaign Coordinator.

You'll be managing and organising resource ot make sure that campaigns are always delivered to deadline, to brief, and on budget.

Campaign coordination

  • Attending client calls and updating the client management system.
  • Taking responsibility for following up and ensuring internal and client deadlines are met.
  • Monitoring and recording the progress of campaigns on our client management system. Promptly alerting account handlers and/or management, as appropriate, to any issues or concerns identified, such as insufficient resources to achieve deadlines.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive campaign documentation.
  • Managing resources and timelines to ensure all projects remain on course for success.

Team contribution and communication

  • Building meaningful relationships with colleagues and third-party vendors.
  • Being the “go-to” person for everything involving a campaign’s organisation and timeline.
  • Making an ongoing and valuable contribution to the wider team, contributing ideas and suggestions to support the achievement of client aims and company values.

Resource management and planning

  • Working with third-party vendors for the creation, design, and delivery of any type of asset, including budgeting, briefing, review, and coordination.
  • Identifying and sourcing suitable vendors, platforms, and tools to make Isoline’s work more efficient.
  • Taking responsibility for the vendor ledger, ensuring designers and other suppliers are paid promptly.

Client social media campaign coordination

  • Planning and coordinating design and writing resource to create social media posts to deadline.
  • Scheduling social media posts using our social media management platform.
  • Monitoring for and coordinating client feedback on social media content, both copy and design.
  • Supporting with ongoing analytics and reporting. Keeping track of what is performing well on an ongoing basis, communicating ways to improve the campaign week-by-week, and creating quarterly social media reports.
  • Contributing ideas and suggestions to support the achievement of client aims and company KPIs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Engine: To monitor progress and help drive forward each campaign and social media account, such that requirements are achieved on time.
  • Buddy: To cultivate strong personal relationships with each member of the business and external suppliers.
  • Thinker: To interpret client briefs and develop appropriate plans for resources and successful delivery of client campaigns.
  • Creator: To proactively adapt plans to consider any changes to ensure each campaign is still delivered on brief, time and budget.
  • Client: To coordinate and collaborate with approved external vendors to ensure delivery on deadline, brief, and budget.
  • Analyst: To ensure tracking, monitoring, and reporting in a timely and consistent manner, reporting any issues or concerns to the account handler and/or management in a timely manner.  Analysing the outcome of campaigns, interpreting, and implementing any lessons learned for future campaigns.
