Marketing Ops Lead - Crypto - Remote

What You’ll Do

As the Marketing & Ops Lead, you will be at the heart of both marketing campaigns and operational excellence. You will manage events, coordinate partnerships with blockchain projects like Arbitrum, Optimism, and Scroll, and ensure smooth execution of all operations related to events and marketing. Your responsibilities include:

• Event Coordination: Handle logistics for events, from booking venues to managing sponsors, creating schedules, and ensuring seamless operations.
• Partnership Management: Align with partners on event content and communication strategies, while ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Marketing Campaigns: Develop and oversee the creation of marketing content, ensuring timely execution for both online and offline campaigns.
• Merchandise & Materials: Organize and ship merchandise to venues, ensuring all event materials are ready in advance.
• Operational Support: Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and managing any additional operational needs related to events or campaigns.
