Growth Marketing Manager - Series-B funded Start-up

We’re working with a well-backed start-up that is challenging the likes of HubSpot with a fantastic new CRM platform. As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be managing all performance programmes (paid ads, referrals, lifecycle email, etc.), and a team of marketing specialists that will grow based on program success & demand. The role is fully remote or - if you live in London - on-site or hybrid, with a salary of between $150k and $200k.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scale current performance programmes - paid search, paid social, paid media, referrals
  • Build an experimentation framework - analytics, roadmap, top of funnel CRO
  • Own the lifecycle marketing and marketing ops platforms
  • Create new performance programmes - e.g. affiliates, partnerships

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years’ experience
  • 2+ years’ management experience
  • Experience in scaling performance programmes
  • Experience in the CRM industry a plus
  • Start-up experience a plus
  • Need to show evidence of scaling start-ups in a simliar stage
