- 12-15+ years of experience in content marketing at a B2B SaaS company. 
- 5+ years of experience leading a global content marketing team. 
- Proven track record of success in a high-growth, multi-product company. 
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills. 
Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation Package:
- Salary: US: $120,000 - $180,000+ | UK: £65,000 - £90,000+ | EU: €70,000 - €100,000+ 
- Equity: 0.01% - 0.05% (private companies) or RSUs $30,000 - $80,000 annually (public companies) 
- Bonus: 20-30% of base salary
