Compensation Package:

  • Salary: US: $120,000 - $180,000+ | UK: £65,000 - £90,000+ | EU: €70,000 - €100,000+

  • Equity: 0.01% - 0.05% (private companies) or RSUs $30,000 - $80,000 annually (public companies)

  • Bonus: 20-30% of base salary
