Role Overview:

As our Founding Product Marketing Manager, you will be the first dedicated marketing hire and a critical member of our early-stage team. You will be responsible for shaping our narrative, defining our go-to-market strategy, and building the foundational assets we need to scale. This is a unique opportunity to build a marketing function from the ground up and have a massive impact on the trajectory of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop and own our company and product positioning, messaging, and value proposition.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and execute the launch of new features and products.

  • Sales Enablement: Create and maintain a library of sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and competitive battlecards.

  • Customer & Market Insights: Conduct market research and customer interviews to deeply understand our target audience and their pain points.

  • Initial Demand Generation: Work with the founding team to run early-stage demand generation experiments and build our initial pipeline.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing new products.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A strong bias for action and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as an early-stage marketing hire.

  • Experience in the [Your Industry] space.

  • A strong understanding of both product-led and sales-led growth motions.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days:

  • You have conducted 10+ customer interviews and have a deep understanding of our ICP.

  • You have created a core set of sales enablement materials that the sales team is using to close deals.

Compensation Package:

  • Salary: US: $140,000 - $170,000 | UK: £85,000 - £110,000 | EU: €95,000 - €120,000

  • Equity: 0.1% - 0.5%
