Ageism in marketing

We recently discovered that the length of time a senior marketer looks for a new role has gone from 3.2 months in 2022 to nearly 8 months today. This leads us into a discussion on ageism in marketing, and how certain employers are using coded language such as ‘digital natives’ and ‘dynamic’ to automatically filter out marketers over the age of 45. So what can be done - and how can senior marketers make a difference here?
