Role Overview:
As the Director/VP of Demand Generation, you will be a key member of our senior marketing leadership team. You will be responsible for leading a large, global team of demand generation marketers and owning our global pipeline generation strategy. This is a highly strategic role with a significant impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a global team of demand generation marketers.
Global Pipeline Strategy: Own our global pipeline generation strategy, ensuring that we are generating a predictable and scalable pipeline of qualified leads for our global sales team.
Multi-Channel Expertise: Have deep expertise across all demand generation channels, including digital, field, and channel marketing.
Marketing Technology & Operations: Own our global martech stack and marketing operations function.
Analytics & Reporting: Build a world-class analytics and reporting function that provides deep insights into our demand generation performance.
Required Qualifications:
12-15+ years of experience in demand generation at a B2B SaaS company.
5+ years of experience leading a global demand generation team.
Proven track record of success in a high-growth, multi-product company.
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the [Your Industry] space.
Experience with M&A and integrating new products into a portfolio.
Experience with both product-led and sales-led growth motions at scale.

Compensation Package:
Salary: US: $180,000 - $250,000+ | UK: £100,000 - £140,000+ | EU: €110,000 - €150,000+
Equity: 0.01% - 0.08% (private companies) or RSUs $40,000 - $120,000 annually (public companies)
Bonus: 25-40% of base salary
