Head of Demand Generation

Role Overview:
As the Head of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for building and leading a world-class demand generation team. You will own our overall demand generation strategy, and you will be a key member of our marketing leadership team. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape the future of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a team of high-performing demand generation marketers. 
- Demand Generation Strategy: Own our overall demand generation strategy, from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion. 
- Pipeline Generation: Be responsible for generating a predictable and scalable pipeline of qualified leads for our sales team. 
- Marketing Technology: Own our martech stack and ensure that we have the right tools and processes in place to scale. 
- Analytics & Reporting: Build a data-driven demand generation function that is constantly optimising for performance. 
Required Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of experience in demand generation at a B2B SaaS company. 
- 3+ years of experience managing and leading a demand generation team. 
- Proven track record of building and scaling a demand generation function. 
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills. 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the [Your Industry] space. 
- Experience with both product-led and sales-led growth motions. 
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. 
What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days:
- You have built a strong relationship with your team and key stakeholders across the business. 
- You have conducted a comprehensive audit of our current demand generation activities and have a clear plan for how to improve them. 
- You have developed a 6-12 month strategic plan for the demand generation function. 
Compensation Package:
- Salary: US: $150,000 - $200,000 | UK: £90,000 - £120,000 | EU: €100,000 - €135,000 
- Equity: 0.02% - 0.1% 
- Bonus: 20-30% of base salary
