Head of Content Marketing (Series B-C)

As the Head of Content Marketing, you will be responsible for building and leading a world-class content marketing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a team of high-performing content marketers and strategists.

  • Content Strategy: Own our overall content strategy, from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion.

  • Brand Voice & Narrative: Be the guardian of our brand voice and ensure that all of our content is consistent, compelling, and on-brand.

  • Content Engine: Build a scalable and efficient content engine that can support our rapid growth.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Build a data-driven content marketing function that is constantly optimising for performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in content marketing at a B2B SaaS company.

  • 3+ years of experience managing and leading a content marketing team.

  • Proven track record of building and scaling a content marketing function.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the [Your Industry] space.

  • Experience with both product-led and sales-led growth motions.

  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days:

Compensation Package:

  • Salary: US: $120,000 - $160,000 | UK: £65,000 - £85,000 | EU: €70,000 - €95,000

  • Equity: 0.02% - 0.08%

  • Bonus: 15-25% of base salary
