Director/VP of Product Marketing (Series C+)

Role Overview:

As the Director/VP of Product Marketing, you will be a key member of our senior marketing leadership team. You will be responsible for leading a large, global team of product marketers and owning the go-to-market strategy for our entire product portfolio. This is a highly strategic role with a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a global team of product marketers.

  • Strategic Positioning: Own the strategic positioning of our company and our multi-product portfolio.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Set the go-to-market strategy for our entire product portfolio, including new product launches, pricing and packaging, and international expansion.

  • Sales & Partner Enablement: Build a world-class enablement function that supports our global sales and partner organisations.

  • Analyst & Influencer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key industry analysts and influencers.

Required Qualifications:

  • 12-15+ years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company.

  • 5+ years of experience leading a global product marketing team.

  • Proven track record of success in a high-growth, multi-product company.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the [Your Industry] space.

  • Experience with M&A and integrating new products into a portfolio.

  • Experience with both product-led and sales-led growth motions at scale.

Compensation Package:

  • Salary: US: $180,000 - $250,000+ | UK: £110,000 - £145,000+ | EU: €125,000 - €165,000+

  • Equity: 0.01% - 0.1% (private companies) or RSUs $50,000 - $150,000 annually (public companies)

  • Bonus: 25-40% of base salary
