Role Overview:

As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be a key player in our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for owning and scaling a specific set of demand generation channels (e.g., paid search, paid social, SEO). You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that we are generating a predictable pipeline of qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Ownership: Own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of a specific set of demand generation channels.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel demand generation campaigns.

  • A/B Testing & Optimisation: Continuously test and optimise our campaigns to improve performance.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on all demand generation activities, and use data to optimise our campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in demand generation at a B2B SaaS company.

  • Proven track record of success in managing and scaling demand generation channels.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and other martech tools.

  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the [Your Industry] space.

  • Experience with both product-led and sales-led growth motions.

Compensation Package:

  • Salary: US: $100,000 - $130,000 | UK: £55,000 - £70,000 | EU: €60,000 - €75,000

  • Equity: 0.02% - 0.1%

  • Bonus: 10-20% of base salary
