Role Overview:
As our Founding Demand Generation Manager, you will be the first dedicated demand gen hire and a critical member of our early-stage team. You will be responsible for building and scaling our lead generation engine, from strategy to execution. This is a unique opportunity to build a demand generation function from scratch and have a massive impact on the trajectory of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and own our overall demand generation strategy.
Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel demand generation campaigns (e.g., paid search, paid social, email, webinars).
Marketing Automation: Own our marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and build our lead nurturing and scoring capabilities.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on all demand generation activities, and use data to optimise our campaigns.
Website Management: Own our website and be responsible for optimising it for conversion.
Required Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in demand generation at a B2B SaaS company.
Proven track record of building and scaling a demand generation engine from the ground up.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and other martech tools.
Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as an early-stage marketing hire.
Experience in the [Your Industry] space.
A strong understanding of both product-led and sales-led growth motions.
What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days:
You have a clear understanding of our target audience and have developed a demand generation strategy to reach them.

Compensation Package:
Salary: US: $90,000 - $115,000 | UK: £50,000 - £60,000 | EU: €55,000 - €65,000
Equity: 0.05% - 0.25%
