Role Overview:

As our Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and distributing high-quality content that attracts, engages, and converts our target audience. You will be a key player in our growing marketing team, working closely with our product marketing and demand generation teams to build a world-class content engine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Write, produce, and manage a variety of content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and social media content.

  • SEO: Own our SEO strategy and be responsible for growing our organic traffic and search rankings.

  • Content Distribution: Develop and execute a multi-channel content distribution strategy to ensure that our content reaches our target audience.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on all content marketing activities, and use data to optimise our content strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in content marketing at a B2B SaaS company.

  • Proven track record of creating high-quality content that drives results.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the [Your Industry] space.

  • Experience with AI-powered content creation tools.

  • A strong understanding of both product-led and sales-led growth motions.

Compensation Package:

  • Salary: US: $70,000 - $90,000 | UK: £40,000 - £50,000 | EU: €45,000 - €55,000

  • Equity: 0.02% - 0.1%

  • Bonus: 5-15% of base salary
