Marketing Generalist, Paris-based Web3 Startup

We're looking for a resourceful, creative marketer with a hacker mindset to lead campaigns, build brand presence, and craft compelling content across multiple channels. If you're passionate about web3, fast execution, and taking ownership, this might be your next big move.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Paris. While we offer flexibility with work-from-home days, the role is not fully remote. You’ll be based in a shared office space with a dynamic team.

🔍 About the Role

We’re a small, fast-moving team building foundational blockchain infrastructure. We're looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast without compromising quality, and is always hungry to learn.

You don't need a decade of experience, but you do need:

  • Autonomy and initiative

  • A creative and technical mindset

  • A passion for experimentation and shipping

  • A bias for action over perfection

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🧠 Campaigns & Branding

  • Plan and execute impactful campaigns (e.g., product launches, rebrands, testnets)

  • Own strategy across platforms: align timelines, messaging, and goals

  • Coordinate with partners for co-marketing, joint announcements, and amplifications

✍️ Long-Form Content

  • Manage the marketing content calendar

  • Write long-form pieces (e.g. leadership thought pieces, blog posts)

  • Collaborate with the content team to turn ideas into high-quality narratives

  • Optimise content for search and generative AI discovery

  • Repurpose long-form content into social media threads, visuals, and summaries

🐦 Short-Form Content

  • Own daily publishing on X (Twitter) and other relevant platforms

  • Write sharp, witty, and brand-aligned posts

  • Curate visual content and aesthetics to maintain brand identity

  • Engage with the crypto community by replying, quoting, and interacting with relevant voices

  • Ghostwrite and amplify content on behalf of internal team members

📈 Growth & Experiments

  • Identify creative growth loops and experiments

  • Test, measure, and iterate based on impact

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to surface ideas and insights

  • Propose new formats and content types to enhance engagement

📊 Reporting & Ops

  • Track performance across content and channels

  • Share insights and performance updates with the team

  • Maintain marketing operations via Notion or similar platforms

  • Flag and coordinate with external talent/agencies when needed

🧰 Your Toolkit

Required

  • Native-level English proficiency

  • Deep understanding of crypto culture, especially on Twitter

  • Excellent short-form writing and copywriting skills

  • Comfortable using Figma and capable of designing visuals independently

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Farcaster, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn

  • Basic video editing skills (e.g. slicing clips from interviews or events)

  • French language proficiency

  • Previous experience in the web3 or blockchain ecosystem
