  • Proactively reach out to influencers for placement and coverage, in line with campaign initiatives and social-specific activations, negotiating contracts and following up to ensure deliverables are exceeded
  • Respond to, and support on, internal briefs by identifying the appropriate influencers to partner with, in order to achieve the wider company targets i.e. 360 campaigns, brand partnerships
  • Attend, manage and coordinate major red-carpet events, parties, and other launches
  • Run and direct campaign, from start to finish – proposals, research, briefing, creative development, delivery, reviewing its impact etc.
  • Manage contract negotiation with talent agents ensuring clear scope of work and alignment on timeline and deliverables. Partner with the legal team to draft and execute influencer contracts

  • Own direct, personal relationships (on behalf of the agency) with celebrities, talent, influencers and agencies – managing, engaging, incentivising and growing the agency’s influencer network and community
  • Identify and develop relationships with up-and-coming digital talent and leveraging across client campaigns and wider agency offering
  • Undertake any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time
