Guaranteed hires

We’ll agree with you a number of annual hires within your retained package, each one with a 12-month retention guarantee, and we’ll give you a reduced fee for any additional hires beyond your package.

Our process is not quite like other recruiters. We don’t use job ads – we headhunt meticulously. Sometimes, we already have people in mind, but often, we can take a detailed brief and our experience as marketing leaders ourselves, and scour the market for the ideal candidate. We’ll then screen them, carry out psychometric and cultural tests, and share profiles of candidates who think meet your requirements.
